Smart Wireless Timing Mats are designed to record timing events, using them independently and in conjunction with one another.

They are rugged pressure sensors that can connect wirelessly using the Wireless Switch Adapter to EasySense2 software for the recording and analysis of data.

 

 

 

 

Two Pressure Mats

Supplied with one wireless switch adaptor and a pair of two large timing mats, measuring 720 mm long x 390 mm wide x 3 mm thick.

 

Practical Teaching

The Wireless Timing Mats Switch Pack can be used to investigate a number of scientific activities such as:

  • How long does it take to jump a defined distance?
  • How fast can I jump between two points?
  • The speed of a passing bicycle?
  • How long can I remain in the air when I jump?
