Sentence Copymasters

A set of new copymasters designed to develop print awareness at letter, word and sentence level.

With the whorksheets in the Copymaster, teachers can:

1. read each sentence together, emphasising the alliterative words to heighten awareness of the featured letter and its sound.
2. guide non-readers into behaving like readers, finger pointing and saying the words from memory while they discover that every spoken word matches to a written shape.
3. help  each child can build their hand-coloured pages into a book to enjoy at home with their families and friends.
